How KarnaRide works
Plan on the website. Ride in the app.
1. Check your trip
Enter pickup and destination on Check fares or Get route. We show bike, auto, mini, sedan, SUV and traveller with estimated prices from the same fare engine as the apps.
2. Download the customer app
Website booking is not completed in the browser. Proceed to book opens the download page so you can install the customer app.
3. Book with OTP
In the app you confirm pickup, OTP start/end codes, cash or online payment, live tracking and invoices. SOS and trip share are in Safety.
4. Captains go online
Drivers use the driver app. After KYC they receive nearby requests inside the search radius set by operations.
